At the 2nd Tripartite Judicial Dialogue held in Arusha, Tanzania, leaders and judges from Africa’s regional courts focused on “The Right to Education”, in line with the African Union’s 2024 theme. The discussions highlighted education as a fundamental human right and a key pillar for justice, equality, and sustainable development. This session underscored how stronger judicial cooperation across Africa can advance the AU’s vision of inclusive, equitable, and quality education for all.
