Lenacapavir: A gamechanger in HIV prevention, but out of reach

Lenacapavir, or LEN, is a gamechanging HIV prevention injection given just twice a year and shown to be nearly 100% effective. But Gilead is keeping LEN out of reach for many people in low- and middle-income countries through high prices, limited supply, and by refusing to sell directly to MSF.
