Thanks to our interviewees—leaders and advisors across 30+ organizations—our research for “Navigation & Guidance in the Age of AI” has uncovered critical trends and opportunities. One of the most pressing challenges? The potential for bots to disrupt rather than enhance human connection. Students’ access to social capital—mentors, networks, and career-building relationships—is already unequally distributed. AI threatens to widen those gaps. But there’s hope.
