বাংলাদেশে নারীদের নানাবিধ কারণে পেশাজীবনে বিরতিতে যেতে হয়। তাদের আত্মবিশ্বাস কমে যায়, আর নিয়োগের ক্ষেত্রে এই বিরতিটাই যেন আগের অর্জিত অভিজ্ঞতার চেয়ে বড় হয়ে দাঁড়ায়। অনেক নারীর মধ্যে আত্মপরিচয়, প্রাসঙ্গিকতা এবং নিজের অবস্থান নিয়ে সংকট তৈরি করে। উইমেনস রিটার্নশিপ প্রোগ্রামের মাধ্যমে এরকম অনেক নারী নতুন করে গড়ে তুলেছেন দক্ষতা এবং আত্মবিশ্বাস। এখন তারা আবার নেতৃত্ব দিচ্ছেন ও কর্মক্ষেত্রে অবদান রাখছেন। স্বমহিমায় ফেরা এই নারীদের গল্পগুলো মনে করিয়ে দেয়, বিরতি মানেই শেষ নয়। তাদের যাত্রা একটাই কথা বলে। নারীরা ফিরে আসে। নারীরা ঘুরে দাঁড়ায়। নারীরা নেতৃত্ব দেয়। --- In Bangladesh, many women take career breaks for different reasons. Over time, confidence can fade, and during recruitment, the break often appears larger than their years of experience. For many, this creates a crisis of identity, relevance, and belonging in the professional space. Through the Women’s Returnship Programme, many women have rebuilt their skills and regained their confidence. Today, they are once again leading and contributing meaningfully in the workplace. The stories of these women remind us that a break is not the end. Their journeys say one clear thing. Women return. Women rise again.
