পিরিয়ড নিয়ে দ্বিধা নয়, দরকার সচেতনতা, সঠিক তথ্য আর সহমর্মিতা। নারীদের মাসিক স্বাস্থ্য নিয়ে সচেতনতা বাড়াতে কাজ করছে অনন্যা অ্যাপ। এই অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে খুব সহজেই পিরিয়ড ট্র্যাক করা যায়। পাশাপাশি আছে কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা-ভিত্তিক চ্যাটবট ‘প্রবাহিনী’, যা মাসিককালীন স্বাস্থ্য, পরিচর্যা ও প্রয়োজনীয় সচেতনতা নিয়ে সহজ ভাষায় নির্ভরযোগ্য তথ্য ও পরামর্শ দেয়। তবে পিরিয়ড-বান্ধব সমাজ গড়ার দায়িত্ব শুধু নারীদের একার নয়। পুরুষদের সহমর্মিতা, পরিবারের সহযোগিতা এবং সমাজের খোলামেলা দৃষ্টিভঙ্গিও সমান জরুরি। আসুন, পিরিয়ড নিয়ে খোলাখুলি কথা বলি, কুসংস্কার ভাঙি, সচেতনতা বাড়াই এবং গড়ে তুলি আরও সহমর্মী সমাজ। --- The #AnanyaApp is working to raise awareness about women's menstrual health. #Periods can be tracked very easily through this app. It also features #Probahini, an AI-powered chatbot that provides reliable information and guidance on menstrual health, care and essential wellbeing in simple language. But building a period-friendly society is not the responsibility of women alone. Men’s empathy, family support and an open-minded social outlook are equally important.
