How can we assess the global transition companies need to make in a way that reflects the interconnected realities of climate change, nature loss and social inequality? The World Benchmarking Alliance is developing the Integrated Transition Assessment to address this challenge, setting a new direction for how transition progress is understood, and what credible, connected and consequential corporate action should look like. From April to May 2026, we start a consultation process, inviting companies, governments, financial institutions and civil society to help shape the framework. This includes defining the metrics that matter and how results should be delivered to drive meaningful change.
