Syria is called “post conflict” but the scars remain all over the country. IRC's David Miliband recently visited Homs, which took huge hits during the Syrian civil war, and met with people who had recently returned to the country from Lebanon. They described feeling a mix of hope, loss, and fear. The International Rescue Committee stood with the people of Syria during their civil war and we are determined to stand with them now.
