In this participant testimonial from the timbuktoo Bootcamp for Accelerator Managers, an incubator leader reflects on the value of peer learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across Africa's innovation ecosystem. From curriculum design and mentor selection to building stronger startup communities, participants exchanged ideas and practical solutions that can strengthen support for entrepreneurs long after the bootcamp.
