What does it take to build stronger startup ecosystems across Africa? Earlier this year, accelerator and incubator leaders from 37 African countries gathered in Accra, Ghana, for the timbuktoo Bootcamp for Accelerator Managers, an initiative by UNDP's timbuktoo platform supported by the Government of Japan. Over five days, participants explored practical approaches to strengthening incubation and acceleration programmes, mentorship systems, founder support, and ecosystem collaboration.
