Ana Sánchez Cobaleda first joined the course as a PhD student back in 2017. Today, she is an assistant professor of international and EU law at the University of Barcelona and legal advisor in the EU’s Export Control Programme for dual-use goods in Southeast Asia. Since last year, she has returned to the course as a speaker, sharing her expertise on the legal regime of nuclear testing and the importance of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT).
