Description: When Vanya Azad joined SPARK's "Work for Work" campaign, she was looking for a way to grow and give back to her community. What she found was so much more. As part of the Networks of Change II (NoCII) programme, Vanya joined 21 young campaigners from Ranya, Halabja, and Chamchamal to tackle youth unemployment and bridge the gap between young people and the labour market. Through training, coaching, and a Training of Trainers programme, she built the skills and confidence to not only grow professionally, but to train and inspire other young people in her community. "Opportunities are created through effort. Don't be afraid to try new experiences, and focus on the fields you are good at. If you work on them, you will achieve strong results."
