Our partners from Cewas hosted in June 2024 a panel discussion on sustainable e-waste management in Lebanon, at the American University of Beirut - Nature Conservation Center, to lauch a new Policy Paper on Climate-Friendly eWaste Solutions in Lebanon, highlighting practical measures to address this critical issue. The panel featured insights from experts, with discussions spanning various aspects of e-waste management, including environmental risks, recycling practices, operational challenges, and circular economy approaches. The event not only introduced the policy paper's measures but also created a platform for attendees to collectively discuss and implement short-term solutions.
