Day Two of PPR 2026: Challenging Performance to Strengthen Impact
Day Two of the Quarter Four Programme Performance Reflection (#PPR2026) focused on going beyond reporting to critically assess performance across projects and programmes. Partners and WaterAid Rwanda teams engaged in open, data-driven discussions to:
➡️ Challenge project and programme ratings
➡️ Review financial and implementation performance
➡️ Identify successes, challenges, and their root causes
➡️ Define clear actions to improve delivery
These honest reflections are essential to strengthening accountability, improving decision-making, and ensuring sustainable WASH impact because real progress doesn’t come from reporting results, it comes from questioning them and acting on what we learn.
