Day One of the Quarter Four and Annual Programme Performance Reflection (PPR) 2026 brought together WaterAid Rwanda, government institutions, and implementing partners to reflect on progress, share insights, and strengthen collaboration for improved WASH service delivery. Held in Kigali, the session focused on reviewing programme performance, identifying key challenges and successes, and aligning efforts to ensure sustainable and inclusive water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services for communities across Rwanda. Through open dialogue and collective learning, partners explored what is working, what needs improvement, and how to adapt programmes for greater impact.
