Using the Foundational Papers: Advancing Disability-Inclusive Care and Support Systems

This video presents the Foundational Papers linking the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).
Through an introduction, five thematic papers, and a practical checklist, the series aims to open discussion and support reflection on how to improve public policies and service provision for persons with disabilities.
The materials are designed as white papers to spark dialogue and invite policymakers, service providers, workers, and organizations of persons with disabilities to engage and contribute to more inclusive, rights-based systems.
