PLHIV Network Leaderships’ 14th convening: Roadmap to Reality beyond 2030: PLHIV leadership and the HIV Sustainability Roadmap The HIV Response Sustainability Roadmap presents a country-led approach to achieving the Global AIDS targets for 2025, ending AIDS by 2030, and sustaining the impact of those achievements beyond 2030. It outlines the steps needed to strengthen political leadership, policies, financing, systems, and services across both health and HIV sectors. GNP+ Appreciates all leaders from UNAIDS, The Global Funds and the Network of Young People Living with HIV in Tanzania (NYP+) who joined the conversation on 18th September during the PLHIV Network Leaderships’ 14th convening.
