PLHIV Leaders' 12 Convening: PLHIV leadership and the New WHO Guidelines on Triple Elimination

GNP+ commemorates #breastfeedingweek 1-7 August and hosted the 12th PLHIV leadership convening on Thursday, 7th August. The speakers from UNICEF, WHO and WLHIV spoke on progress and commitments towards the triple elimination of vertical transmission of HIV, syphilis and hepatitis B virus, which is a new WHO guideline launched during the IAS2025, and community experience during the 1st triple elimination conference held in Kampala. Highlight the stronger roles for PLHIV leaders, especially women living with HIV, and affected communities in planning, monitoring, and advocacy.
