Climate Change and Health in Kenya's Drylands: Lived Experiences
Climate change is not just an environmental crisis. In Turkana, Samburu, and Laikipia counties, communities are living its consequences every day — through food insecurity, poor nutrition, disease burden, livelihood loss, and deteriorating mental health.

In this video, APHRC's Esther Anono shares key insights from recent research on how climate-related shocks are affecting communities in Kenya's drylands — and what this means for climate adaptation and resilience.
