10-year-old Đạt is slowly getting back to his everyday life after a flood reached his house and washed away his notebooks last year. "Now my family has clean water. I feel very happy because we can drink it, cook rice, and use it for everything else. With support from the European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) through UNICEF, communities are rebuilding and preparing stronger for the next disaster.
