Even when water looks clean, the hidden danger of fluoride can cause long-term harm. In the Kanker district of Chhattisgarh, groundwater in several areas exceeds permissible fluoride limits, putting the health of children and communities at risk. "बूँद-बूँद में बदलाव" (Change in Every Drop) highlights a powerful initiative led by WaterAid India, in collaboration with Finolex Industries Limited and its CSR partner Mukul Madhav Foundation. Together, they launched the "Fluoride Safe Kanker" campaign to ensure access to safe drinking water, proper sanitation, and hygiene education across the Narharpur block.
