What really drives foundational learning? The Gates Science of Teaching activity was a five-year (2020-2025) grant implemented by RTI International aiming to provide data, evidence, and innovation to improve foundational literacy and numeracy outcomes in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. Together with more than 55 partners, the project developed research, guides, and resources that help education professionals with the core principles of learning.
