For 36 years, we've been working alongside women in Latin America who faced one major barrier: no access to the financial system, no tools to grow, no pathway to independence. We started close — in communities, listening, building solutions that fit real lives. With time, we expanded: microcredit, healthcare, entrepreneurship training, and digital tools. We grew our model to work not just with individual women, but with the systems around them. Today the reality is different. But the gaps persist. That's why we keep moving — innovating, adapting, and reaching more women with concrete solutions so every one of them can achieve her full potential, wherever she is. The problem doesn't stand still. Neither do we.
