ADB Partnership Report 2025 May 4, 11:30 a.m. Manila time The Partnership Report 2025: Partnerships for Scale and Impact highlights how ADB and its partners worked together in 2025 to deliver practical solutions across the region, reduce and manage risks, and scale up development outcomes on the ground. Across the region, countries face intertwined, complex challenges. Addressing these challenges demand scale, speed, and innovations. Progress has been strong, but the investments needed to sustain the gains far exceed what public resources alone can provide. For ADB, delivering at scale depends on mobilizing capital, expertise, and innovation from partners. In 2025, ADB and its partners scaled up for greater impact. ADB committed $29 billion from its own resources, up 19% from 2024 commitments. Partners complemented this with $14.7 billion in cofinancing, including $9.5 billion in financing for private investment. A broad mix of bilateral, multilateral, private sector, and other partners supported 164 public and 60 private sector projects, while also piloting new approaches and laying the groundwork for future investments.
