Aguka: Growing Rwanda's Next Generation of Entrepreneurs
What happens when a country invests in its young people? Since 2022, the Aguka programme, a partnership of the Government of Rwanda, UNDP, and the European Union, has backed youth-led enterprises that, per the Aguka Tracer Study (2022–2025), created over 128,000 jobs and returned Rwf54 million for every Rwf1 million invested. This is their story.
