Following strong participation in its first year, the #PlayTrueChallenge returns for a second year, building on the momentum of Play True Day, which will be celebrated on 17 April 2026 under the theme “Play True. It Starts with You.” This 30-second challenge highlights the effort, discipline, and dedication required to compete clean while raising awareness about the importance of fairness and integrity in sport. To participate, record yourself completing 30 seconds of any sport-related movement (such as push-ups, squats or any fitness activity). At the end of your video, walk up to the camera and say: “30 seconds for clean sport. Play True. It starts with me.” Nominate three friends or colleagues to take on the challenge and share your video using #PlayTrueChallenge and #PlayTrueDay, while tagging @wada_ama.
