Masar Egaby III project has organized a career expo for refugees and migrants in partnership with Terre des Hommes. 18 employers have interviewed 80 refugee applicants, and by the end of the event about 44 job opportunities were offered, 80% of which were white-collar opportunities. The event was not merely a job fair, but also a business salon was held for business track refugee participants of the project, where legal advice was provided as well as introduction to the Egyptian market’s most important features and characteristics. The event was also attended by a delegation from Save the Children Italy, who provided positive feedback on the event’s organization and impact. نظم مشروع "مسار إيجابي III" بهيئة إنقاذ الطفولة فعالية Career Expo للاجئين والمهاجرين بالشراكة مع منظمة "تير دي زوم" في 17 نوفمبر 2024، حيث قام 18 صاحب عمل بإجراء مقابلات مع 80 متقدمًا من اللاجئين، وتم تقديم حوالي 44 فرصة عمل بنهاية الفعالية، حوالي 80% منها كانت فرصًا وظيفية في المجالات الإدارية والمهنية. لم تكن الفعالية مجرد معرض وظائف تقليدي، بل شمل أيضًا تنظيم صالون أعمال لللاجئين خريجي مسار ريادة الأعمال، حيث تم تقديم استشارات قانونية بالإضافة إلى تعريفهم بأهم سمات وخصائص السوق المصري. كما حضر الفعالية وفد من منظمة SCI مكتب إيطاليا، والذي قدم ملاحظات إيجابية حول تنظيم الحدث وتأثيره.
