After #earthquakes, children in northern and eastern region are in urgent need. UNICEF | Afghanistan

Thousands of families remain displaced as winter sets in, with many homes damaged or destroyed. Night temperatures are already dropping below freezing and an estimated 270,000 children are now at severe risk of life-threatening cold-related illnesses. UNICEF is supporting displaced families with warm winter clothing for children, emergency cash for heating, and continued access to health, water, nutrition, education and protection services, so children can stay safe, warm and resilient through winter.
