Winter in Nuristan is beautiful, but for many families it’s a struggle to survive. Food is scarce, and malnutrition leaves children vulnerable to cold-related illnesses like pneumonia. UNICEF is on the ground, providing life‑saving nutrition support, winter clothing, and essential health services to protect children through the harsh season. More support is needed.
