Women in Zambia remain underrepresented in technical careers, often due to lack of awareness, encouragement, or access to opportunities. This video highlights how through inclusive policies, and supportive learning environments, there has been an increase in women participation in Zambia’s TEVET sector. 

GIZ through the Thriving through Innovative Vocational Education in Water and Energy Sector (THRIVE) project, with funding from German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) supports the promotion of women participation in the water and energy sectors in Zambia.
