In Zambia’s Luapula Province, the Global Project “Promotion of Agricultural Finance for Agri-Based Enterprises in Rural Areas” (GP AgFin), implemented on behalf of the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), is supporting agribusinesses through innovative tools and targeted training. As part of the Special Initiative for the Transformation of Agricultural and Food Systems (SI AGER), GP AgFin provided financial literacy training and the Agriculture Business Analysis and Investment Training (AgBAIT) to EUNIMOS Investment Limited helping them to access finance.
Using the AgBAIT business analysis tool, EUNIMOS developed a profitable growth model and successfully secured a loan, boosting food security and creating new jobs in the region. This video highlights how strategic mentorship and access to finance are empowering local entrepreneurs and transforming rural food systems.
