The Al Murunah team welcomed UK Special Representative Prof. Rachel Kyte, Egyptian Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Prof Hani Sewilam, as well as our project partners and colleagues to the British Embassy in Cairo to discuss the achievements of the Izbat Al Hamra nature-based solutions pilot and how its proven methodology can be adapted and scaled to strengthen resilience in communities across Egypt and the wider region.
