សេវាថែទាំវេជ្ជសាស្រ្តពីចម្ងាយ (Telemedicine) ភ្ជាប់អ្នកដែលនៅតាមភូមិ និងសហគមន៍ដាច់ស្រយ៉ាលទៅនឹងសេវាសុខភាព ធ្វើអោយស្រ្តី និងទារកមានសុខភាពល្អ។ នៅខេត្តក្រចេះ ផ្លូវលិចទឹក ផ្លូវឆ្ងាយ និងផ្លូវពិបាក អាចធ្វើឱ្យការទៅដល់មណ្ឌលសុខភាពគឺពិបាក ជាពិសេសក្នុងរដូវវស្សាសម្រាប់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋរស់នៅ និងធ្វើការនៅតាមភូមិ និងសហគមន៍ដាច់ស្រយាល។ ប៉ុន្តែបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកំពុងបំពេញបន្ថែមនូវទិដ្ឋភាពនៃការថែទាំសុខភាពនៅកម្ពុជា។ តាមរយៈការប្រើប្រាស់ប្រព័ន្ធទំនាក់ទំនងដែលធ្លាប់ស្គាល់ដូចជា តេឡេក្រាម (Telegram) ឬទូរស័ព្ទ Telemedicine ភ្ជាប់ស្ត្រីនៅតំបន់ដាច់ស្រយាលជាមួយឆ្មបជំនាញសម្រាប់ការប្រឹក្សាអំពីការពិនិត្យថែទាំផ្ទៃពោះមុនសម្រាល (ANC) ការថែទាំក្រោយសម្រាល (PNC) និង ការរៀបចំផែនការគ្រួសារ/និងពន្យារកំណើត និងការណែនាំអំពីការថែទាំសុខភាព។ សេវានេះបានចាប់ផ្តើមជាការឆ្លើយតបភ្លាមៗចំពោះរោគរាតត្បាតកូវីដ-១៩ ហើយទទួលបានការពេញនិយម ដោយស្ត្រីជាង ៨,០០០ នាក់នៅចុងឆ្នាំ ២០២៥។ ទិវាជាតិសុខភាពមាតា ទារក និងកុមារនេះ យើងមានមោទនភាពក្នុងការបង្ហាញពីរបៀបដែលការច្នៃប្រឌិតឌីជីថលកំពុងពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធសុខភាពរបស់យើង និងរក្សាការសន្យាថាស្ត្រីគ្រប់រូប មិនថាគាត់រស់នៅទីណាក៏ដោយ មានសិទ្ធិទទួលបានការថែទាំប្រកបដោយគុណភាព។ ----- Telemedicine – Bridging the Distance for a Healthier Future. In the heart of Kratie province, flooded roads, long distances, and difficult roads, can make reaching a health center feel impossible—especially during the rainy season for people living and working in deep and remote villages/communities. But technology is changing the landscape of healthcare in Cambodia. By leveraging familiar tools like Telegram or phone, our Telemedicine connects women in remote areas with expert midwives for ANC, PNC, and Family Planning consultations and healthcare advice. What started as an immediate response to COVID-19 has rapidly grown, reaching over 8,000 female clients by the end of 2025.
