As we prepare to launch Cohort 3 of the Health Systems and Financing Accelerator Fellowship, we are looking back with the leaders who started the journey first. In this video, Cohort 1 fellows reflect on their experiences, sharing honest lessons, advice, and insights for the incoming cohort as they prepare to begin nine months of leadership, learning, and systems change across Africa. The Health Systems and Financing Accelerator Fellowship is designed to strengthen government led health reform by embedding fellows directly within Ministries of Health and Finance. Fellows work on real national priorities that strengthen health financing, policy, and primary health care systems from within government. This is more than a fellowship. It is an investment in the next generation of leaders shaping stronger and more sustainable health systems across the continent.
