A short walk to clean water

For years, women and children in this remote village of Umerkot spent hours each day fetching water. The journey was long, the work exhausting, and the water often unsafe.

Now, an RO plant in their community brings clean drinking water just steps from their homes. Daily routines are easier, children can play and study, and the weight of this daily burden is lifted.

This change comes through Community World Service Asia’s WASH interventions, guided by Sphere's WASH standards, showing how practical solutions can transform everyday life. 🌿
