As a core member of the Yemen Displacement Response (YDR) Consortium, Acted supports internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Yemen through coordinated, multi-sectoral assistance. Established in 2019, the consortium brings together DRC (lead), Acted, NRC and IOM to deliver integrated CCCM-led responses in camp-like settings and host communities. With EU funding, Acted implements the project “Improving Living Conditions and Supporting Durable Solutions for Displacement-Affected Communities Across Yemen”, reaching 88,908 displacement-affected individuals across 16 districts in 6 governorates. Acted provides integrated support in site management, shelter and NFIs, WASH, protection and flood preparedness, strengthening coordination mechanisms, improving living conditions and enhancing community resilience for the most vulnerable populations.
