The Seventh National Reports (7NR) to the CBD, due in February 2026, are a primary source of information for the first global review of collective progress in implementing the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (KMGBF) to be undertaken at COP 17, including the implementation of national biodiversity targets and NBSAPs. The Online Reporting Tool (available at https://ort.cbd.int) is the official submission platform for 7NRs. This webinar will focus on addressing outstanding questions from the webinar on 2 December 2025. Participants can ask additional questions if time permits. The recordings of the webinar on 2 December 2025 in English, French and Spanish are now available on the CBD website at https://www.cbd.int/reports. The webinar is jointly organized by the CBD Secretariat, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), and is part of the capacity development support from the GEF-8 Umbrella Programme to Support NBSAP Update and the 7NRs. The training will take place in English, with simultaneous interpretation in French and Spanish.
