Shaughn McMahon says he gained a more positive outlook on education and the future in the Clean Energy and Battery Storage Program, a hands-on career and technical education course offered at the New Energy Lab at Chenango Forks High School in New York. The program is part of the University at Binghamton’s New Energy New York initiative, a 2024 recipient of a $750,000 grant through Jobs for the Future’s Quality Green Jobs Regional Challenge.
