In Bhuj, India, young people organised under Kutch Yuba Navnirman Samaj (KYNS) are shifting power dynamics by understanding the city and working towards change in a variety of issues, from gender equality to waste management and neighbourhood infrastructure. This video was produced by KYNS and Hunnarshala Foundation, for an exchange organised in 2025 by the housing justice team at the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED), as part of the 'Neighbourhoods Fit for Diverse Young People: Civic Media Practices and Urban Claims Making in Nepal and India (YCIV)' project, and facilitated through partners of the Hub for Housing Justice.
