To restate our commitment to human rights and to the United Nations Charter. To prohibit any propaganda for war. To condemn all propaganda and all organizations which are based on ideas or theories of superiority of race or groups of persons based on color or ethnic origin. To prohibit any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence. To declare as an offence punishable by law all dissemination of ideas based on racial superiority or hatred, incitement to racial discrimination as well as acts of violence against any race or group of persons of another identity or origin.
