The third working group session of the Facilitative, Multilateral Consideration of Progress (FMCP) was held in person at SBI64 in Bonn, June 2026. In Part III of the FMCP working group session, eleven Parties – France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Uruguay, and Mexico – underwent the FMCP, successfully completing their first ETF cycle.
