The third working group session of the Facilitative, Multilateral Consideration of Progress (FMCP) was held in person at SBI64 in Bonn, June 2026. In Part II of the FMCP working group session, nine Parties – Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland – underwent the FMCP, successfully completing their first ETF cycle.
