The Sydney Dialogue 2025 commenced with a Welcome to Country from Gadigal Elder Uncle Allen Madden, acknowledging the traditional owners of the land on which the Dialogue was held. This was followed by opening remarks from Gai Brodtmann, Chair of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, who outlined the key challenges and themes explored across the two day event.
