As part of this global celebration, our country stands out for leading, over the past five years, the Annual Report on Hate Speech, a pioneering initiative carried out in collaboration with the United Nations System. This report analyzes trends, challenges, and opportunities to build more respectful, diverse, and empathetic societies. Through this campaign, Costa Rica positions itself as a regional and international reference, promoting peaceful coexistence, respect for human rights, and the construction of a future where words are tools for unity, not division.
