On the road to Aswan Forum V - Commissioner Bankole Adeoye Message

With less than 45 days to go #AswanForumV, H.E. Bankole Adeoye, African Union Commissioner for Political Affairs, Peace and Security and Member of the International Advisory Board of Aswan Forum, stated that this year's edition will have a unique significance.

Commissioner Adeoye highlighted that the forum will take place back-to-back with the 16th High-Level Retreat of the AU Commission special representatives, envoys, and permanent representatives. He also emphasized that it will provide a vital platform to shape the AU's new strategies for peace, security, and development, ensuring a more unified and inclusive approach to the continent's most pressing challenges.
