#BREAKING: Bathurst Resources has delayed their application to mine the Denniston Plateau. We had a big party today because this delay shuts the door on Bathurst’s hopes the application could be done and dusted before the general election. But the mahi isn't over yet. We still need to: 1. Stop the Denniston coal monster for good - as well as other proposals like it. 2. Make polluters pay for a Just Transition for the coast, with clean, unionized jobs that communities can rely on for decades to come.
