UNICEF supports Tajikistan with rehabilitation of Health care facilities

UNICEF Tajikistan, with financial support from the European Union, rehabilitated the Hisor Central District Hospital. The works focused on the maternity and surgical departments of the central district hospital, as well as the infectious disease hospital. The rehabilitation also included improved WASH facilities, access to clean water, a new incinerator, upgraded kitchen and laundry facilities, and the installation of a water tower.
