Most professions follow a structured path. Doctors attend medical school. Lawyers go through years of formal training. Political leaders, by contrast, often enter public life without preparation for the complexity, pressure, and personal cost of political leadership. In this interview, Corinne Momal-Vanian introduces the LEiP project, a leadership program designed to address this gap. LEiP was created for young people who want to enter politics but lack the training, context, and support systems that political life demands.
