Teachers at the Frontline: Voices from Kakuma and Dadaab on GRF Education Pledges

As the Global Refugee Forum (#GRF) Progress Review took place in #Geneva from 15–17 December 2025, #refugees teachers in Kakuma and Dadaab were also reflecting on what progress on refugee education looks like in practice. Teachers at the Frontline brings together voices from Kenya’s refugee settlements, capturing teachers’ perspectives from inside classrooms and communities. The film explores how global refugee education commitments connect to everyday teaching realities, highlighting progress, challenges, and lived experiences observed by those at the heart of learning spaces. Produced by Save the Children International, this short film centres teachers’ voices in conversations about refugee education and inclusion.
