Blended learning to upskill Ethiopia's community health workers (1 minute version)

In partnership with Ethiopia's Ministry of Health, Last Mile Health is revolutionizing in-service refresher training for community health workers through a blended learning approach. Incorporating both digital and face-to-face training components, the Ministry of Health and Last Mile Health have now trained 1,123 community health workers across four regions in reproductive, maternal, neonatal, and child health, with the potential to scale this training to thousands of community health workers in the future. In this video, health workers, trainers, and partners share their experiences with the pilot program--and how the new resources will help community health workers provide high-quality care to their patients at the last mile.
