This webinar was organized by the UPU to unveil its newest flagship report on digital transformation: “The Postal Sector’s Role in the Digital Economy and Digital Society – A Global Panorama.” Drawing on a global survey of over 150 designated operators and case studies from over 20 countries, the report shows how Posts are successfully supporting governments in enabling inclusive digital transformation. Following an overview of the report, the event features reactions and presentations from leaders driving digital transformation worldwide and shaping the future of digital service delivery through the Posts.
